Activation Guide

In order to activate a license you must do one of the following procedures:

1. Purchase a valid TridiCAD Form license via our online shop or thru tridicad@tridi-cad.com - be free to ask any questions to our team!

2. Get a trial license - We currently offer a 7-day test license for our potential customers - you can request it in our Request Trial page.

3. You must have internet connection.

Once you get a valid license, it is easy to validate it and use the programs:

1. Check the License button at the Formwork Parts/Utilities ribbon or type in the command prompt REGISTERTDC

2. You will see the following screen - copy the product key you received in your e-mail and paste it exactly as it shows (Format "XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX".

3. Click on the Validate License button - you should have a successful message

4. Now, restart your CAD software for the configurations to take effect

Our licenses are cloud-based, so you must have internet connection to perform validation, as well as, starting the program everytime you use it.

In case you need to switch the license to a different computer or reinstall the operational system, perform the following steps to return the license to our servers.

1. Check the License button at the Formwork Parts/Utilities ribbon or type in the command prompt REGISTERTDC

2. You should see the License Manager screen, but this time, you will see a Return License button.

3. Simply click the button and wait for the return process to finish.

4. You will now be able to activate the license in a different computer or in a newly installed operational system.
